Mission Statement
We are here to help you keep your teeth naturally beautiful for your entire life. We believe that a good plan prior to starting treatment and dedication to detail are vital to developing an achievable formula for correction and prevention.
Appointments
During your reserved treatment time, Dr. Phillips and his staff are here to give you their undivided attention. As we do not schedule multiple patients during your appointment time, a 24-hour notice is needed if you are unable to keep your appointment. Although emergencies and unforeseen delays sometimes cause us to modify our schedule, we try to honor your time. If we are unduly delayed, we will attempt to contact you prior to your appointment.
If you have a dental emergency, we will see you as quickly as possible. If an emergency occurs after hours, call our regular office number (541) 772-2414 for further instructions.
Insurance
We will gladly bill your insurance for you. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our services are a contract between our office and you. Even policies that reportedly pay 100% of covered procedures often disallow certain needed or new procedures, or limit coverage to a predetermined maximum for that procedure.
Questions sometimes arise concerning your coverage. If after referring to your policy you still have questions, our staff will be pleased to assist you.
