Financial/Insurance

We believe in making excellent, no-compromise dentistry obtainable for all our patients. Our staff is here to arrange and explain the financial aspects involved prior to starting your treatment. We encourage questions and open communication at all times concerning treatment, billing and payments. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Arrangements should be made prior to scheduling treatment.

Insurance

We are a preferred provider for ODS insurance only. Although we do not accept the Oregon Health Plan, our financial team will be glad to file claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
